Liked: Wonderful property. Loved the hamper breakfast, bush setting with wildlife sets the relaxed atmosphere. First class

Liked: Peaceful surroundings with so much wildlife and nature. Friendly staff at check in.
Disliked: I came back a couple of weeks later to have lunch at the cafe with some family members after I was raving about how lovely my previous stay was. What a let down. It was a weekday around midday. The cafe seating area was dirty. Many tables with used plates, glasses from recent guest, dirty floor, sitting there for ages before someone even came to clean it all up. By that time birds had already had a good fest running all over the plates/tables. Unhygienic. No staff present at the counter to provide menus our take our orders. When someone finally said to me to press the bell a lady came from around the corner. Given a buzzer to come back to collect our food. When it was time the food was just sitting there out on the open bench with no one around. I’ve worked in hospitality for many, many years. This is not how you treat paying guests especially since the food isn’t cheap there even for just a cafe. Staff are unfriendly, unhelpful. They seemed overworked or uninterested and not willing to help their guests. Sadly I won’t recommend the cafe or come back to eat there again.

Liked: Location, well organized facilities, great environment around.
Disliked: It was not easy to find reception. Reception was not answering phone calls after 6 pm and it was closed on check-out date even at 8 am. It was no WiFi at all, it was described that property has great WiFi but by fact it was no WiFi at all, i was informed only after I paid for a room via Booking.com.

A tale of two vastly...

Liked: Location away from reality. No TV, peace and quiet
Disliked: Facilities such as restaurant or breakfast available at concert times. Breakfast hamper is poor. Concert night it was $800 a night and with nothing to back it up with a restaurant like it used to.

We would stay again

Liked: Very well equipped pavilion
Disliked: The breakfast was a little underwhelming for the overall amount paid, but was fresh and plentiful.

Amazing location and fabulous experience.

Liked: Really different experience from an hotel room. Clean, spacious and great facilities.
Disliked: Noisy neighbours who decided the 10pm noise curfew didn’t apply to them. No respect for others around them.
