Three nights in Sana Reno

Liked: Conveniently next to the metro station, both red and blue lines available. Short walk to the nice park. Rather quiet street, many places ro eat nearby.
Disliked: The room was tidy, but would need some care taking. Complimentary tea and coffee, as well as water are meant only for one day, no matter how long you stay. For tea lovers it is recommended to bring their own electric kettle as there is only coffee machine in the room.Our coffee machine was broken and got changed only after second reminder.Elevator was out of order at least one day and we had to carry our luggages down the stairs from fifth floor by our selves.

Liked: The location is perfect with easy access to the heart of the city via the Metro stop near the hotel or a lovely walk through Parque Eduardo V11 and Avenda Liberdade. The reception area creates a welcoming first impression. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional and excellent value for money.
Disliked: The shower space was large but the shower head didn't project into the space so you had to be a bit inventive to take a shower. We didn't find it a major problem so this is only a minor comment.

Comfortable stay at very nice...

Liked: Excellent location next to the metro at a very nice area with great restaurants and shops.The pool and sauna at the roof top is very pleasant to use on a sunny day.
Disliked: there was no refill of the coffee and tea supplied in the room during our stay.

Very comfortable hotel

Liked: Breakfast was loverly. Having a pool was a great addition. Coffee machine was able to dispense just hot water which was good for the tea I had with me.

Liked: Nice, clean place, was a pleasure to have a warm swimming pool in November. Very recommended.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel, breakfast was great lots to choose from, very efficient breakfast staff. The location was fantastic, close to metro, bus shopping..restaurants.Very clean rooms, cleaning staff were also friendly and excellent.The rooftop pool was heated, a fantastic bonus.
