We were exceptionally well received...

Liked: The buffet was beautiful and very well stocked and waiters very friendly. Room was perfect and quiet.
Disliked: The odour in the public toilets on the ground floor - toilets were very clean, just an unfriendly odour.... Everything else was exceptional.

Better than expected

Liked: The breakfast and support by the male manager. Here is so nice, open minded, helpful person I have never seen before. Love you men. Thanks for the breakfast when we had to leave very early.
Disliked: Revolt card aren't acceptable.

Never again.

Disliked: Hotel staff have no consideration of guest. Fraudulently charged my card without consent and refuse to offer a refund. Currently appealing charges with my bank. I wouldn’t stay here if it was the only hotel in Lisbon.
