Liked: The hotel is great, comfortable beds, clean and great breakfast.
Disliked: Location is too far from the center and you need to use Uber to speed up things.

Liked: Outstanding hotel. Rooms are very tidy, great location next to the parks. Close to Sete Rios station (metro + train). Breakfast is one of the bests I’ve seen around the world. Great amenities: spa, gym has everything. Bar is super cosy, the bartender has everything needed for a perfect night.
Disliked: The opening time of the spa center was announced to be 7:30. They opened it at 8 after a call, but did not turn on the sauna. I left at 9 quite pissed off - the sauna was still cold

It was a pleasant stay!

Liked: The bar was very nice, and the attendant were friendly. The lobby was bright and welcoming and provided good vibe. They have fast elevators which is a plus. Hotel was clean and tidy.
Disliked: The staff could be friendlier and more polite. They should work on being more welcoming to guests and provide free water to the rooms every day. At breakfast, the staff seemed a bit nervous because of the language barrier. There was no milk or cream for coffee in the room, and the coffee machine was hard to use. The room did not have slippers or a robe.

Disliked: Lack of Netflix, milk for tea, cream for coffee, hotel sleepers and dressing gown.
