Liked: The strong point of the hotel is the location (1 minute from the cathedral and the central square).The employees were nice and behaved nicely.The beds were comfortable and he slept very well.
Disliked: Weak point: breakfast. You have nothing to choose for breakfast, apart from eggs and Mexican food. For a European (like me) it was difficult.

Great location, comfortable stay

Liked: The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. When there was an issue with the balcony door in my room that couldn't be fixed immediately, they upgraded me to a different room. The Aircon wasn't cool enough so on request an additional fan was provided. Balcony views to the street were incredible. Great location right in the city centre. Restaurant serves good breakfast.
Disliked: The curtains were not blackout curtains so the light shone through in the morning. The ice machine downstairs wasn't working. Renovations are happening currently, which I was informed about beforehand (also reflected in the price) so the usual facilities weren't available (gym, pool), so I can't comment on those facilities.

Liked: Great place to stay at the center of Puebla. Everything was good about our stay except that the pool was being renovated when we stayed, which was nowhere mentioned when made the booking. In fact, we specifically booked the hotel, because it had a pool. However, the receptionist offered a cancellation or an upgrade of our room. We chose the upgrade and we stayed in the hotel nonetheless. Apart from that, the quality of the rooms and the service is very good.
Disliked: The pool was closed and there was some noise during the day because of construction work in the pool, but we were mostly out during that time.
