The staff was wonderful and...
Liked: The property was beautiful the rooms beautiful the customers service excellent
Disliked: The average room rate per day was between 500-600$ then when you get to resort you are charged two extra fees per day. Which bumps up your daily stay to over 700$-800$ a night. I didn’t even stay during the “busy” season. I think for that price and no food to be included at all is outrageous. The food on the resort is expensive and not to great . I would not stay at this property again for that reason . The beach was also red flagged the entire stay

An amazing family vacation away...
Liked: Loved the pool and beach so close. It was a beautiful place to stay

Lovely rooms and staff, but...
Liked: Great location and big clean rooms with nice view. Lovely and helpful staff, always with a smile.
Disliked: For the price, I expected more premium experience, felt very overbooked. The pool area was always overcrowded, with no available seating, and at one point, we were told we might not even be able to have breakfast because it was fully booked. (Over an hour before end of breakfast time).
