An amazing family vacation away...

Liked: Loved the pool and beach so close. It was a beautiful place to stay
Disliked: We could’ve used a dresser. Everything else was perfect

Lovely rooms and staff, but...

Liked: Great location and big clean rooms with nice view. Lovely and helpful staff, always with a smile.
Disliked: For the price, I expected more premium experience, felt very overbooked. The pool area was always overcrowded, with no available seating, and at one point, we were told we might not even be able to have breakfast because it was fully booked. (Over an hour before end of breakfast time).

Enjoyable week in a luxurious...

Liked: Location is excellent and the property is huge with lots of facilities
Disliked: Suggest that they provide a microwave in the room. Also, the refrigerator is not cool enough to freeze ice cream- may need an upgrade!

Definitely going back

Liked: From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We arrived 5 hrs before check in and the bellhop offered to hold our luggage until check-in. We were allowed full access to the amenities, pool, parking, beach...etc. check-in went smoothly. Once in our room, our luggage was brought up to us and bellhop was so nice, we talked for a few about the island and places we could visit while there. Everything was super clean. No complaints! The staff at the bar by the pool were amazing and very friendly. They recognized us and remembered our drink order. The bar in the lobby was great as well. We went down for drinks and music at the end of each night. They were friendly, engaged in conversation and very attentive to their guests. Brian is the best! The music was nice, definitely giving all the island vibes!
Disliked: No complaints!

Amazing!

Liked: Everything about this hotel was AMAZING! Me and my husband got treated so well ! Whole facility was clean. Staff were AMAZING ! Location was great with multiple choices of restaurants in walking distance. There is even a Walgreens near by that is 24 hours. I will literally only stay here when we visit again !
Disliked: The only issue we did have was , we couldn’t really enjoy the hot tub there was nothing but kids hanging in it and around the bar area nothing but kids playing around and sitting on the bar chairs.
