Took 15 year old grandson to Zelda Symphony and decided to stay the night in San Jose - room was on the 22nd floor, and service was great. Across from the Symphony venue; excellent restaurant (high priced but worth it); Tech & Art Museum; Christmas in the Park. Great location downtown.

Disliked: Valet parking is always an issue. One of the young men did not help my lady friend with her bags. I was shocked. The young g women in Valet, though, was wonderful

Liked: Breakfast was not as good and should have came complimentary with the room. For the price of breakfast, I would rather go elsewhere.
Disliked: Pool closed early. No microwave. No view.

Horrible! Negligent customer service, avoid...

Disliked: Horrible customer service experience! They double charged me for one night and unwilling to resolve the issue! I am deeply disappointed! They directly charged my cc but blaming booking for their mistakes!

Disliked: The parking was down the block and we needed to tote all our belongings down the block.
