Took 15 year old grandson to Zelda Symphony and decided to stay the night in San Jose - room was on the 22nd floor, and service was great. Across from the Symphony venue; excellent restaurant (high priced but worth it); Tech & Art Museum; Christmas in the Park. Great location downtown.

Liked: Great location, right across the street from Sam Jose civic center. Hotel had a beautiful christmas photo prop,my kids loved the little tree contest. The valet guy was super cool an helpful, told us some great places to eat. Also the bar tender was hustling to grab everyone’s drink orders. Room was very very clean, great view of the christmas carnival going on at the park across the street. When we visit again we are definitely staying here.
Disliked: Maybe make sure fire pits are on at the pool? I mean there isn't was not anything we didn't like about this place its a 10/10
