Liked: Excellent, substantial buffet breakfast. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean room. A welcoming hotel in a central location close to Union Square and the trolley cars on Powell Street.
Disliked: Nothing.

Eat well then exercise it...

Liked: Great food. Breakfast buffet was amazing. And Jeff took good care of us. Definitely book with breakfast included because food is expensive if you don't. We also had a nice dinner there, which wasn't a bad value because of our $35 credit.The gym was also good. Plenty of equipment.Location was very convenient to Union Square.
Disliked: The view of the bay included the view of the airconditioning tower on the building across the street. Not very scenic. And we were on a high floor.

Disliked: Bad water pressure, cold water and rooms were too hot (HVAC didn’t work properly) - note: it’s winter
