Liked: Good location and great staff
Disliked: Bad water pressure, cold water and rooms were too hot (HVAC didn’t work properly) - note: it’s winter

Good Experience. Bad Timing

Liked: The room had a great view of the ocean and it was on the 28th floor (for which of course there was extre charge).The staff was very polite and helpful, especially Kelly (front ofc).
Disliked: As there was an ongoing strike, Breakfast was unfortunately ruined. What was served was very average and a very truncated version of the original bfast.
