Confusing I don’t like being...

Liked: I loved the room n views.
Disliked: The price I was quoted one price n paid a lot more than I was quoted. It was much like a bate n switch deal. I did not like that at all. This was are second stay at the property .we didn’t know there a strike going was on but that wasn’t worse. Being lied to makes me not want to stay at your property again. I will look for different accommodation next time. ( fool me wasn’t that’s your fault fool twice that’s my fault) it want happen again. Thank U very much.

Disliked: The union protesters were very noisy. We want to sleep in more but we can here the drums as early as 7am until 10pm.

Liked: Hotel area is great. Wonderful breakfast buffet selection at the restaurant.
Disliked: I loved our room, city view, and security. Your specific key can only access your assigned floor which I thought was perfect.

Intimidating, aggressive and noisy.

Disliked: Staff strike outside of the hotel from 7.00am to 10.00pm every day. Very intimidating, made it impossible to relax and to sleep properly. Strike had been ongoing for some time and no one forewarned us. Sent messages through Booking.com and no one responded. Complained at the front desk, who said they didn't email us because we booked through Booking.com. They were not particularly interested and said they were short staffed themselves. A refund should be owing, without which, we are unlikely to choose a Marriott hotel again.
