Great location; beautiful lobby; just remember which set of elevators to take to your room - not all elevators go to every floor.

Staff was super helpful, but I wish we'd brought rolling suitcases because they won't let you use the luggage racks yourself. Getting to and from off site parking was confusing.

Disliked: The lack of water in the room and the far away filtration water was not safe for a woman who is having to go down the elevator 15 floors at night for water

Disliked: When my colleague arrived he was not given the room I booked and paid for as it did not have his name attached to the room, the staff member was not very helpful. He had to book another room and pay and we have had no response from the hotel regarding a refund on the £2k plus we paid on the original room
