Overall experience was hreat

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: The moment we got to our room we saw a stain/dirton the bedsheets,a photo was taken in case they ask, so we called and asked the hotel to change the sheets, the person came with the sheets and does not want to change it, we just dont know why,we were so tired from the long flight and that person didnt even help us.

They are trying to charge...

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: They are charging you on everything from wifi to parking. I paid for wifi and connection was poor and worked only for one device.

Disliked: Parking was expensive.

Disliked: The booking was not recognised even though I had confirmation email from your organisation and showed them.Highly embarassing to say the least in front of my co-worker.Fortunately there was a room available to book.Concerning if I cannot rely on Booking.com for room bookings moving forward.
