Liked: Staff were very welcoming. The location of the hotel was great - both the Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 33 was within walking distance, as well as restaurants and other tourist attractions.
Disliked: The hotel was great, however, one of the drinking glasses had a white residue in it.

Liked: The location is very good for visiting tourist attractions. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: The crazy charges are out of hand. You're required to pay $30/day towards the overpriced restaurant. Each day you use or lose the $30 credit. Even the staff couldn't explain all the charges at check-in. It's basically a cash grab.

So many additional fees. Staff...

Disliked: The price for a basic breakfast buffet was astronomical

Liked: Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Bed was great!

Liked: The lady who was in charge of cleaning was a nice person, always smiling when speaking to her. The people at reception were very patient and willing to help us. There's a Mexican serveur at the restaurant who made our stay to be felt as in home.
Disliked: There's only one washing machine and one dryer. I waited for almost an hour "in the line" to use the machines. You must pay $5 to wash and $4 to dry your clothes.

Liked: I loved the location and the fact that it wasn't noisy at all. They give you a daily $30 credit to be used for breakfast, dinner or beverages which is helpful (We already know SF is an expensive city).
Disliked: My bed in this case wasn't the best, I could feel the bed springs. I only stayed for a night so I didn't complain for that.
