Liked: Excellent location. Lovely, comfortable hotel, staff went above & beyond to help with restaurant recommendations, extra coffee etc. Comfortable room, huge bathroom & scrupulously clean. Lovely 'happy hour' each evening. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Having to leave!

The absolute best place to...

Liked: The property is stunning. The room we stayed in - a luxury suite - felt like a room in a Medici palace - lol. The accommodations were perfect, but honestly nothing could beat the staff. The employees are so warm, welcoming, helpful, and eager to make sure you are enjoying yourself in every possible way. I'll never forget them.
Disliked: Literally nothing. This place is perfection. I know I must sound like a paid bot saying that, but we could not have had a better time at this hotel.

Luxurious Hotel in downtown Florence

Liked: The room was gorgeous with incredible views. The bed was extremely comfortable. The towels were plush and abundant. The hotel offered fantastic assistance with parking and luggage. The breakfasts were delicious with abundant food. There was even a happy hour reception in the evening with wine and snacks at no charge. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant.
Disliked: It should be suggested that any spa treatments need to be booked long before a person’s reservation as we were unable to get an opportunity to use the spa. We could not book until the day of departure which given our time constraints was unpractical. The parking was taken care of upon arrival to hotel but it was expensive.
