Luxurious Hotel in downtown Florence

Liked: The room was gorgeous with incredible views. The bed was extremely comfortable. The towels were plush and abundant. The hotel offered fantastic assistance with parking and luggage. The breakfasts were delicious with abundant food. There was even a happy hour reception in the evening with wine and snacks at no charge. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant.
Disliked: It should be suggested that any spa treatments need to be booked long before a person’s reservation as we were unable to get an opportunity to use the spa. We could not book until the day of departure which given our time constraints was unpractical. The parking was taken care of upon arrival to hotel but it was expensive.

Liked: I loved everything about our stay. Room was beautiful, bed was very comfortable, close to everything. Breakfast was very good too. The staff were kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location with friendly staff...

Liked: Perfect location, close to all main attractions. We were upgraded to a suite and had an amazing 5 night stay. Bed was very comfy Staff including cleaning staff went out of their way to keep you happy and satisfied Big thanks to Matteo (my polish speaking friend) Alessandro, Ginevra, Santiago, Letizia & Hannen - you all made our stay very enjoyable :)Buffet breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Breakfast could have more variety
