Front desk receptionist, Ana, was very friendly - made us feel very welcome. Bell staff was very attentive. We were only there for one night but overall it was a great experience.

Liked: Great staff; helpful and friendly; beautiful rooms; clean.
Disliked: A bit overpriced but then again, it is San Diego.

Liked: It was convenient after attending an event.
Disliked: The room furnitures need to be updated. The bathroom fixtures like the cabinets need to be repainted since it shows the quality of the hotel being not just an inexpensive hotel. The caulking on the shower door could have been done better.

Liked: Great room- clean, plenty of towels, nice walk-in shower, comfortable bed. Nice amenities shop in lobby. Friendly lobby staff.
Disliked: I wish the hotel offered a breakfast, even if just Continental. It is not next to any restaurants.

Liked: The rooms were never very remodeled and up-to-date. Breakfast was great!

Liked: Location and city view. Easy and quick check in.
Disliked: Mini fridge in the room wasn’t working and had water puddled at the bottom.
