Front desk receptionist, Ana, was very friendly - made us feel very welcome. Bell staff was very attentive. We were only there for one night but overall it was a great experience.

Liked: Great staff; helpful and friendly; beautiful rooms; clean.
Disliked: A bit overpriced but then again, it is San Diego.

Mediocre at best

Disliked: The parking was a joke, and 38 dollars a night. The spaces were so small I had to crawl into my car from the back, twice. The pool was also freezing, my kid wouldn't get in.The room was extremely loud, and could hear a ton of road noise, etc.

Disliked: Noise from outside the hotel was constant and loud. It made sleeping very difficult. Fitness room was good but hot with no air movement at all.

Disliked: Hotel needs a lift. Paint chipping, elevators smelled like urine. Housekeeping didn't refresh towels. Room flooring was dirty.

Would stay again for sporting...

Liked: The bed was super comfortable. The room was very quiet.
Disliked: There is a glass sliding door into the bathroom that must have been off track - super hard to open and close.
