Really nice and clean

Liked: The hotel is very, very, nice for what it is. These ratings are so difficult because it was a perfect stay for what we needed, but it’s not in a location that I would recommend to somebody for a special occasion. I would definitely stay here again – it was very clean, comfortable, tasteful. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: The location is convenient, but it’s right near the highways so it’s not a place to go for a special occasion.

Liked: Front desk assistance was handled very well. Attention to my additional needs were done in a timely manner. Helped with my transportation needs. They were friendly.
Disliked: Once I entered the foyer of the hotel, it was extremely noisy. The restaurant & bar were very close to the front desk and therefore additionally noisy as you entered . Shower dripped all night long, hard to sleep.

Disliked: The sink faucet in the room seemed to have air trapped in it, so when I turned it on, it blasted water forward onto my business jacke, trousers and shirt. This happened when I was all ready to leave the room to a business meeting! Needless to say, I had to change my shirt and pants, but didn't have another business jacket so had to make due with a soggy jacket.I did tell the front desk the next day when I was checking out.

Liked: We enjoyed the comfort of the Hotel. The staff was great and really was there for any kind of assistance. I got to use the gym and thought it had a great variety of workout equipment as well as cleanliness.
Disliked: I'm not sure if we were informed or not, but we used the self parking lot which was $35/ night. We paid each time we left through the self pay when you exited the lot, but i was not aware until check out that we were able to use our room key to get in and leave the self parking lot. Therefore, we paid extra and were still charged the 35 per the two nights we were there by the Hotel.
