Located next to San Clemente State Park this hotel is a 10-minute walk from the ocean. It features an outdoor pool tennis court restaurant and rooms with private balconies. Each room at the San Clemente Inn features full kitchens with a dishwasher stove and a toaster. Cable TV and a DVD player are also provided. Guests at the Inn San Clemente can play on any of the sports courts including basketball shuffleboard and volleyball. There are children and adult hot bathtubs and a game room. A gym and sauna are also available. Avenida Del March has a wide variety of shops including surf shops antique stores clothes boutiques and art galleries. Birthday stay

Liked: The pool and jacuzzi were very clean, and that's a big deal to me. The pool was the perfect temperature to swim in a cool morning. Loved it!
Disliked: The sensor for TV was hidden behind TV, and the remote wouldn't work unless you were very close to TV. Very annoying and inconvenient. The room is dated. Carpeting is old. The $25 fee for parking didn't make sense, there wasn't many cars there on a Sunday, and not sure why that was necessary. I think it should have been waived.By the look of lobby and common areas, would have expected more updated room.

Very happy with salt water...

Liked: We loved the salt water swimming pool and the two spa pools at different temperatures so kids could enjoy one of them. We loved the mini-golf. We loved the clean and comfortable room with a spacious balcony and full-size refrigerator/freezer, hot plate, and dishwasher. We loved the staff. We'd highly recommend this location (can walk to/from beach, while being located right off I-5), and we will stay there again when we return to the area.
Disliked: We wanted better tasting coffee in the room and green tea in the room. Also, I wish there was a tub in our room.
