Perfect NYC Stay

Liked: The location was fantastic - you can easily walk to Times Square and further. It is right next to a subway station but we didn't use this as we wanted to walk around the city. The room was incredibly spacious, and a great sized bathroom. The bed was super comfy too! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: The room was always kept tidy everyday by cleaners Who were very good at their job and they were very respectful not to touch personal belongings.Staff were friendly Location was great and local to everything in mid town.Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Nothing was to dislike would highly recommend

Small rooms, very noisy, not...

Liked: Location is great, close to all sightseeing
Disliked: We were given the room next to the elevator (1601). The noise from the elevator and vibration was constant through the whole night. The room was tiny, far from 32 m2, it was 19 m2 max, with 2 suitcase on the floor there was no more space. When we asked at the reception for another room as we had a long flight the next day, we were told they were fully booked and offered earplugs. Absolutely not to an American standard level of service we experienced before. The worst thing was a long black hair in the bathroom we noticed in the morning. IVery disappointed, do not recommend.
