Great stay

Liked: The hotel is well situated for our needs. We particularly like being close to the 1st Street restaurants. We drove to the hotel and it actually is an easy drive and convenient self park. The hotel is very comfortable and staff are always helpful.
Disliked: One elevator was out which makes the remaining elevator in heavy use.

Exceptional

Liked: I thought it was a great location, one block from subway station. We are a family of four with two teenage girls. Room was always clean and staff were always friendly.

Liked: Front desk clerk wasn’t too nice, didn’t even attempt to see if there was a chance I may check in early. I’ve been to many hotels in the US where they were easy in early check ins. It was also somewhat noisy in the hallways. No breakfast at the hotel which was weird.

Liked: The size of room was very good, accessible in the main for a wheelchair.
Disliked: The toilet was too low and the bed too high for most. Wheelchair struggled with both. Otherwise the room was fine with two bathrooms.
