Peaceful stay in Cuernavaca

Liked: The property was lovely and peaceful. The rooms were cute and as pictured in Booking from the hotel. Everything was clean, the rooms, the pool, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any question we had.
Disliked: It is a bit far from Centro, but the taxi ride was only 60 pesos. The beds were a bit too firm for my taste.

Great spring water pool and...

Liked: We loved the pool! It was filled with beautiful, cool spring water! The entire family loved it! The room was large with a good sized family room, a full kitchen with refrigerator and a wonderful bathtub and shower! Overall the hotel was beautiful and had a great location. We will be back for sure!
Disliked: I didn't like that we had such a short stay but we will be back soon!

Overpriced. Dirty. Filled with mould....

Liked: It’s quiet. the gardens are beautiful. and the staff was kind and polite. the room was spacious.
Disliked: most importantly, the bathroom had seals on the toilet to show that it had been cleaned but the bathroom was not the least bit clean… there were body hairs all over the shower. and once we removed the toilet seal (that apparently is to indicate that it’s been cleaned and sterilized, we opened the toilet lid to find streaks of, presumably, the previous guests’ poo inside. the bathroom was filled with mould on the ceilings, walls and floors. The kitchenette might have been a nice touch if the fridge was plugged-in or if even there was a way to plug it in without relocating it to another area for a receptacle.generally the place looks run-down. but you can still see its beauty and it could have been a great stay. Way overpriced for what they gave us. even clean places, a quarter of the cost, are at least generally cleaner.

Comfortable friendly lovely setting

Liked: Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, pleasant to my dog.
Disliked: I was short on hot water the 2nd morning. To be fair, it was tolerable and my friend staying next door i think was taking a shower at the same time.

Horrible experience

Disliked: There were thefts during our stay. We were a group of 12 people staying there. Two of us staying in different rooms had their money/wallet stolen. One who had her money stolen complained to the hotel and received compensation. The other who had his wallet stolen complained, but has not gotten his wallet back. I hope the hotel take this issue seriously and act accordingly, othewise this hotel should be delisted from Booking.com.
