Great place to stay

Liked: Fab location with free parking. Food is excellent, staff are outstanding. No pets allowed which is a huge bonus if you’ve got asthma or allergies. Will definitely be going back.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. Coffee was not brilliant.
Disliked: Rooms are not that spacious.

Great stay in Harwich with...

Liked: Very close to the harbour allowing for the business trip to go smoothly. Comfortable stay with all facilities. and great breakfast. Host is great to communicate with and available to provide support when needed.

Really disappointed with my room...

Disliked: Shower was useless , hardly any water . And no hot water. Had to move a large bedside unit to access a plug socket to plug in bedside lamp. Room exceptionally hot , no way of controlling heating .had to open window , then kept awake by outside noise. Bathroom fan very noisy Could hear doors opening / tv’s from other rooms and just general noise all night Parking was available , but difficult as other vehicles had parked badly , making it tight and difficult to park for other vehicles. They should get the parking area clearly marked out with designated spaces The room I was in is definately not 8.3 … and not worth what I paid .

Liked: Great location in old Harwich. Very friendly staff who were helpful and courteous. Full of character and close to the sea. Also had a free car park close by. Perfect overnight stay with a good breakfast too. Thank you
