Liked: We were there for a funeral, so the location was perfect in relation to travel to the grave site. There is a cute water and animatronic show in the center near the check in desk.
Disliked: Of 3 glass elevators, only 1 working. On our departure, it got stuck. We rang the bell, nobody answered. We were stuck about 2 minutes before it started to move again leveling with the next floor. Bathrooms had no exhaust fan,water pressure low.

Disliked: yes there were too many homeless and sketchy characters during my stay and an altercation where security and bartended would not assist. i was left unprotected for no reason

Liked: Cheap breakfast at McDonalds, and it was very good.
Disliked: Elevator problems causing a back up to get to your room.

Liked: Location, cleanliness and comfort. Beautiful hotel decor
Disliked: Microwaves not allowed. No coffee pots in the room. Ice was too far. Tissue dispenser tore ALL tissues coming out of it. Refridgerator did not cool properly nor close well.

Liked: Room was very nice and staff was friendly. Hotel in good condition.
