Disliked: FREEZINGThe whole room was absolutely freezing, heard from other people they had a similar issueUpon checking in we were told our room was not actually available, and that well be downgraded for the same price, yet booking shown the hotel had plenty of rooms? Same issue when trying to extend checkout.. very sketchy.Seems the facilities gym and restaurant look great however

Liked: Great location, quiet, staff were lovely and friendly.
Disliked: Temperature varied around the building and in different rooms. The cleanliness of the first room on the first night was great, but second night the standard had slightly slipped.
