Disliked: The staff are not friendly and didn't give me any suggestion or solution. My train delayed for 4 hours which I can't control and I will be late around 15mins upon the check-in time. I ask for any suggestion and whether can the staff wait me for a 15 mins rather than let a girl become homeless in San Francisco at 2am. But she just repeat the same sentence that check-in is not allow during 2-6am. I understand some rules but I think need to depend the condition. Im not satisfy with the attitude and solution of the staff.

Liked: Some items went missing from the fridge. No sink in kitchen area, if you want to make a packed lunch and clean your containers ready for another day. I enjoyed the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the rooms between guests was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast included. But missed a couple due to early start to my day trips.
