Not a good decision if...

Liked: In a good location
Disliked: One of the receptionist harassed me like I didn’t have a reservation to stay there after I showed him my key car and walked in the door with my key card … he was trying to prove I wasn’t a guest when the majority of my stuff was upstairs. He even called the police on me. This guy didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. Everyone else is pretty cool though.

Liked: I liked the spacing in the rooms. The environment and the arrangement of thingsThe fact that the facility has an elevator is a plus cos most hostels use stairs
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like is not having a kitchen

Liked: Convenience for all of the business trip events I have in San Francisco downtown
Disliked: First time I tried to go your system to charge my credit card debit card was not working that was it in November This time same gentleman helped me nothing changed I told him the same situation that I'm a bartender for Chase Center San Francisco Giants 49ers etc etc and that with Christmas I'm doing a lot of events in the downtown area that I live in Los Gatos near Santa Cruz mountains and the commute was too much and that I just needed a night a few nights to sleep in November it was not a problem but your system was done so you couldn't charge my card But this time in December not only was the gentleman rude he thought it was okay to make jokes about Jesus Christ when I shared that I'm a missionary and I didn't like that and I told him to stop making jokes that was number one and after that conversation he started in that he was going to deny me opportunity to stay in your hostel because it's saved only for international travelers which I know is not true because so many of my bartender friends have gone to this place before to sleep that's how I knew about it it really was unfair but it's okay I ended up finding a much better place at a much reasonable price and Foster City I may have to travel a little bit but it's okay
