Liked: The location is perfect. The train station to many sightseeing locations is right around the corner. Bus stop to/from YUL airport was about a 5 minutes walk. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the BEST I’ve ever seen a hostel offer… I loved the place. So it’s really really sad to me to write that, unfortunately, my stay was not perfect because I woke up in my first morning with bed bug bites on my right hand and arms. That didn’t make any sense to me because the room (and the mattress) looked clean. But then I woke up on my second (and last) morning with more bed bug bites on my face and on my stomach this time, and a couple more on my arms. That was really upsetting.

Liked: I've stayed here several times but this was my first time in a dorm. My two nights here were warm and comfortable. In-room bathroom, nice and clean. Decent breakfast. Great location right near coach station and Berri UQAM and as always a great price
Disliked: The vibe from other guests in the dorm a little strange and not particularly inviting - strange clientele here - and 8am is late to start breakfast
