Services do not match what...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Room was clean enough. While I didn't use the Kitchen, it was very well equipped with several fridges, and even a pool table and fooze ball. Location good. The cost for a bed in the 4 bed women's dorm was good.
Disliked: Advertised on booking.com are: Vegetarian breakfast AND FREE PARKING. I had to pay $10 to park. This was particularly annoying as I had to travel on a small budget for medical reasons, and being a very senior senior, had not counted on forfeiting another $10. This is considered false advertising. I advise the facility to correct their information. (And pls don't tell me at the front desk that these services are only available in summer....if that's the case, then SAY SO. Also , no breakfast AS ADVERTISED. And, pillows should be upgraded as well as the almost see through sheets. (That was just MY bed).

Liked: Room was good. Location is great, near the lake and grocery shops. The bed was okay, could be better.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Comfortable beds, great staff and friendly atmosphere. Being downtown and near the lake is ideal!
Disliked: Having to pay for parking.The lot was not even full. Never had to pay during recent stays. I think if your booking a private room and paying more this should be included. Especially because it bumps the price of the room up to the same as a budget hotel/motel.

It was a good stay...

Liked: The staff were excellent. The people were really nice. There was space to sit and eat and enjoy. The bathrooms were clean. The location is excellent. Very close to downtown! Overall for the price I paid it was worth it!
Disliked: The bed mattress is due for an upgrade! I had to sleep on the edge to avoid sinking into the middle of the mattress. Also the rooms need cleaning, lots of dust around the corners and under the beds. I would appreciate cleaner bedsheets and duvet covers.
