Liked: The quality of the rooms and building are very nice. The staff are incredible. Can’t say enough good things about they are very kind, super helpful and generous. The hotel is perfect and would definitely stay again. Also free parking is great.

Very Pleasant Stay

Liked: A nice cozy hotel near the Airport. We took the room with Balcony on the first floor. The owner is super friendly. The usual check in time is 4 PM. But since we had taken an overnight train from Switzerland and arrived in Salzburg by 4 am, the owner ensured that we got our room early by 11 am. He made sure we were comfortable, and also invited us for breakfast without charge on the first day. Full marks for going above and beyond for customer service ! The breakfast menu, while limited, was tasty. The coffee was great. Overall, the place is neat, nice, well connected to public transport, and run by a great owner. Recommended for sure.

A quiet, comfortable place to...

Liked: Everything was clean and tidy. I liked that the staff would wipe down the floors in the rooms each morning and it was easy to access with a car and a bus.
Disliked: No complaints
