If you're looking for a...

Liked: The common areas and breakfast room are inviting with a modern touch and nice decor.
Disliked: The hotel has a stylish and modern interior, but lacks proper sound insulation, making for a very noisy experience. We changed rooms twice and still encountered disturbances like door slamming, barking dogs, and children running in nearby rooms. Rooms with a shared dividing door (like Room 210) and those near the elevator/ housekeeping (Room 221) are particularly noisy. The thin walls and poor sound insulation made it difficult to relax, so we requested a different room. Unfortunately, even after moving, we continued to experience noise issues.Overall, if you're looking for a quiet, cozy stay with attention to detail and quality, this might not be the best option. While breakfast is included, it’s similar to a standard motel breakfast, served with plastic utensils and paper plates/cups. On a positive note, the front desk staff was exceptional—special thanks to Christopher for his helpfulness and accommodating our needs.

Our favorite place to stay...

Liked: The staff are great and they try to accommodate with whatever you need. It’s close to the beach and the Main Street. The free breakfast is not bad at all it’s actually pretty decent food.
Disliked: Nothing

If they made some changes...

Liked: The decor & breakfast. Friendly front desk staff & the location to the beach.
Disliked: The first room we checked into was very dirty and poorly maintained. Lots of caked on dirt in cracks, something on the bed spread, the bathtub noticeably dirty, the back door was chewed on and had dirt/oil marks? All on the side. The curtains had markings and something on a lot of the surfaces. The room smelled like a sweaty person and a dog. There was a lot going on in here.Second room was much better but still wasn’t great. No ironing board in the room. We got one from the front desk and it was broken and had nasty stains on it. I have video of things if yours like.No replacement for it either. The beauty mirror you pull out, it was installed wrong so when you pull it and let it go? It swings and hits the wall, it doesn’t stay out at all. Lots of markings on the wall from this..The walls are thinner and you can hear your neighbors with regular volume talking. The pool was out of towels once in the evening but also the next day shortly after opening. Our room key didn’t work and my husband got a new one, that didn’t work either, the dates were put in wrong. No covered area out back for the fire.Breakfast tasted great but a couple things ran out and weren’t readily replaced. The room decor and lighting was really nice. The beds were too firm for my liking and all the pillows too soft. I’d prefer a mix of both on the bed to choose. The water temp is set WAY above what it should be I’d assume. Just a smidge in the warm direction and the water was SO hot. Both on the sink and the shower. I was constantly hurting myself forgetting I had to have it much lower on the dial. No way you need to have it that high.
