The NBA game was great...

Liked: The property is situated in the heart of Salt Lake City which it made it easy for us to get to the Delta Center for the Jazz v Timberwolves.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that the receptionist who checked us in didn’t tell us about the heating/cooling issues our room was hot and we had a horrible time sleeping. We thought our air conditioning was on only to find out in the morning it was the heat.

Should have stayed somewhere else.

Liked: Location only.
Disliked: There was A LOT of construction, room had shower issues, faucets didn’t work correctly. We weren’t notified at all about the construction. If I was told I would NOT have stayed there. Customer service in person was trying their best. Phone CS sucked.

Disliked: There is no swimming pool.

Disliked: No running water on the 4th floor they new it and rented the room anyway. No compensation

Great location for City Creek

Liked: We loved that the hotel had an elevator to the middle of city Creek shopping. We loved the doughnuts at check in
Disliked: We didn't like that there wasn't a pool or hot tub & our room thermostat turned off when we left the room so it was cold.

Exceptional

Liked: Beautiful and clean
Disliked: The elevator into City Creek was out of order.

Liked: The valet attendants were the most knowledgeable and polite.
Disliked: WE did NOT get a roll in handicap bath, that was promised. We got in late after our 24th Anniversary dinner, after turning up the heat to 79F, we called room service 3 times with no answer, just a message after waiting 15 minutes gave up. We covered the bed with sweaters to warm up. The next mooning room service was ok at best.
