Liked: Property was clean and in a perfect location for all the local amenities. Breakfast was delicious as was the homemade cake for our final day.
Disliked: Nothing really

Liked: I wish we had stayed for longer as we had a great stay. Lovely comfortable room, great breakfast and the hosts are so helpful and friendly and go that extra mile for you. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again in the future.

Superb

Liked: Salisbury Guest House is a wonderful place to stay for visiting Keswick. The location is ideal, a 5 min walk to the town centre. The house is very homely, the room was extremely clean with plenty of storage space in the room and in the large ensuite bathroom. The beds were very comfortable with ample additional warm covers if needed.The room was also very quiet considering the house was fully booked at the time we stayed. There is a Tele union dvd player in the room with a large collection of dvds to choose from. Alternatively, a good collection of books is also there for the guest's enjoyment.The included breakfast was generous and the cooked breakfast was delicious.Additionally, the house is dog friendly which was important to us.Most of all, the hosts were fantastic, welcoming and helpful.We had a lovely stay and will definitely go back in future.
Disliked: The on street parking can be difficult to find at times.

Better places to stay in...

Liked: Very little choice for breakfast, Full English or Fruit Usual tea coffee toast, etc. Good location, only a few mins walk from Keswick town center.
Disliked: The hotel website advertises it as 4 Star luxury. It's NOT. The rooms, though clean and comfortable, are very BASIC small and dated, as is the Hotel itself. Would I stay again? NO .

Liked: Close to the town centre, river and park. Owners were very friendly and super-helpful. Breakfast was perfect.
