Liked: The office staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast coffee was good, and the breakfast was adequate. The bed was comfortable. There was an EV charging station a quarter of a mile away.
Disliked: I booked a queen room, but we received a tiny room with a double bed. There was only one chair for two people. There was no housekeeping, but the desk had an envelope for tipping the maid. The coffee in the room was low quality, and we had a supply for only one night’s stay when we booked two nights.The facility we stayed in was a refurbished old motel from the 1960s. I am 80 years old and remember the old motels. The bathroom tile dated it. There were too few electrical outlets for today’s needs. We had problems with my wife’s C-pap machine. I plugged in chargers for our Apple watches and iPhones, and at one of the outlets the entire outlet pulled out of the wall when I removed the charger.Booking.com needs to improve. When I sign up for a queen room that looks spacious on the motel website, and we get a tiny, outdated room with a double bed, something is wrong. Can I trust you in the future?

Liked: Our room was not clean at all and they made it right by refunding us the full amount. We stayed there before and it was awesome!!! But everything else was awesome!!!
