Clean and friendly but facilities...

Liked: Close to Salamanca Arts, market and town area I was wanting to see.
Disliked: On your website under view balcony is llisted this one and other people I bumped into got a view of the road and an industrial building. In your symbols it had a balcony with a table and chairs mine was empty. The place down the road with only a skylight would have had a better view for half the price.No suitcase stand and very very low toilet not suitable for my disability. I have never needed to have a disability room booked as can manage on all standard toilets.
