Overall, for a night stay...

Liked: The location is great right across from the airport, food is whiten walking distance, breakfast is provided, my peace was not disturbed. Staff is very nice.
Disliked: I've stayed her three times this year and my main issue is when it come to the bathrooms. I bring cleaning products, gloves, and sponges just in case and have to use it on the bathrooms every time I stay. This particular stay, the bathroom wall had stains running down them, the tile in the tub had stains that I had to scrub off. When I entered the bathroom the floor looked clean, when I closed the door there was hair and dust swept in the corner behind the door, and there was a used towel hanging on the door from a previous guest. The bathroom door was all chipped at the bottom on both sides, as if someone had to kick their way out. the ice machines on the 4th floor has been broke for months and for this stay the 5th floor ice machine was broke as well, I went to the sixth floor.

Liked: The rooms were nice. It’s clear the hotel has been recently renovated.
Disliked: This is the worst experience I have had at any hotel. The customer service was horrible and the staff was disrespectful. I have never dealt with such an incompetent staff in all my years. Don’t stay here! The rooms aren’t fully stocked. We ran out of toilet paper on the first night and they don’t have overnight staff. They also only gave us two sets of towels for four people. They also claim the include free breakfast and there is no breakfast. They also charge you a new deposit every time you extend. I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay and because of their lack of customer service they have lost a long term repeat customer.

The good, bad and even...

Liked: I like the concept it look like the Hotel was on as far as decor. But the facility isn't finished it looks like.
Disliked: I didn't like that your elevators weren't operating correctly, there was no ice on our floor, the hotel is under staffed so u really couldn't find the help you may need. I was there for 6 days and a change of linnen was never offered nor brought to my room without having to complain first. The hotel basically should be called a Motel there wasnt any eminities you get at ur average hotel.

Disliked: The rooms hallway smelled of weeds. Elevator was slow and 1 was down.
