We really enjoyed our stay and the rooms were very clean; everything was close to the hotel.

Liked: Clean rooms.
Disliked: Not much to pick on the menu from the restaurant.

We were pleased from our first approach with the valet service. Then the front desk staff was amazing, rooms fantastic and the restaurant inside the hotel has great food. Whenever I visit Milwaukee again I will definitely be staying at the Intercontinental Hotel.

My wife and I stayed overnight after a concert at the Riverside. Overall a great weekend, and will definitely revisit next time in Milwaukee. Thanks.

Disliked: We were on the 7th floor. We were stuck in a room with an adjoining door to the next room. We had to listen to a couple of loud, horny, obnoxious people carry on for hours, ugh, yucko. No coffee service on the 7th floor for some reason.

Liked: The staff was great, the facility fun and very attractive and the location can't be beat. The champagne upon arrival was nice and the evening music in the bar was fun, but didn't last very long and not all evening as the website had suggested. The art theme is quite clever.
Disliked: The heater in our room didn't work properly, staff didn't answer the phone promptly and when they finally did, I was put on hold for about 5 min. Fortunately the operations guy came right away and fixed it. The food in the bar and in Aria, the restaurant, was warm, not hot. Finally we were supposed to receive a $50 credit towards food and beverage service and the bill sent to me didn't include this, so I had to call to get the bill changed. I think they need more staff, what they have seems overworked but are very pleasant.

Disliked: We have tried to cancel and get refund-can’t get in touch with a human that will help you. Number we were given by booking .com was for someone out until next Monday. Total game of ping pong wasting hours of our time. Disgusted with both the Saint Kate and Booking.com
