Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel, Milwaukee

We really enjoyed our stay and the rooms were very clean; everything was close to the hotel.

Liked: Clean rooms.
Disliked: Not much to pick on the menu from the restaurant.

We were pleased from our first approach with the valet service. Then the front desk staff was amazing, rooms fantastic and the restaurant inside the hotel has great food. Whenever I visit Milwaukee again I will definitely be staying at the Intercontinental Hotel.

Liked: Everything about this hotel is great.
Disliked: Nothing.

My wife and I stayed overnight after a concert at the Riverside. Overall a great weekend, and will definitely revisit next time in Milwaukee. Thanks.

Liked: Very unique property. Loved the art exhibits throughout the space. Excellent location. Breakfast was excellent, staff was pleasant and professional!
Disliked: We reserved rooms with breakfast included, but the catch was it was basically a $50 voucher towards the cost of the meal. It fell short of expectations from a cost standpoint, but not a food quality standpoint. The meal was excellent! Also charged $100 pet fee, which seemed high.

Liked: I loved everything about this place. All the art everywhere. Exceptional restaurants and service. The location is impeccable as well. Anything you need is within a very short walk.

Liked: LOVED the vibe, from the moment we walked in. Amazingly kind valet, lobby desk workers and bartenders. Parking was simple enough in the ramp attached to the hotel. Easy to find your way around & overall pleasant experience. LOVED that the Pabst Theater was attached to the atrium shared with the hotel; made going to our concert so easy & more enjoyable bc we didn't have to walk very far! Enjoyed Aria for breakfast on floor 2 on both mornings of our stay, very yummy! The art galleries are so interesting & made for a fun stay here. Oh, and the complimentary champagne was definitely an unexpected treat! Our room's bed & pillow were oh so comfy during our stay! I loved that in order to get to our 10th floor room, we had to swipe our key card; that gave an extra sense of security to our stay as we are out of town gals. The live music near the Bar in the lobby added a lovely touch to the experience! I'd definitely stay here again, especially if attending an event at the Pabst Theater due to the extreme convenience of close proximity to our room.
Disliked: I was mildly disappointed in the cleanliness of our room... VERY dusty on the headboard and paintings in our room. Along the baseboard area of the room, especially behind the curtains, were quite dusty as well. The shower drain was definitely not cleaned before our stay & the room's wall paper was popping up at the seams in several places. This may be nitpicking, but for nearly $500 for two nights, I suppose I expected a tad better maintenance/cleaning... Definitely not the worst hotel condition I've ever experienced but could have been a bit more clean especially given the reputation I based my booking on.
