We really enjoyed our stay and the rooms were very clean; everything was close to the hotel.

Liked: Clean rooms.
Disliked: Not much to pick on the menu from the restaurant.

We were pleased from our first approach with the valet service. Then the front desk staff was amazing, rooms fantastic and the restaurant inside the hotel has great food. Whenever I visit Milwaukee again I will definitely be staying at the Intercontinental Hotel.

My wife and I stayed overnight after a concert at the Riverside. Overall a great weekend, and will definitely revisit next time in Milwaukee. Thanks.

Liked: We loved the hotel from the moment we arrived, check in was easy, valet staff friendly. We were in town for just 1 night for a business course but would have loved to have extended our stay. Loved the live music, the art exhibits, honestly would recommend without hesitation.

Liked: Always such a nice experience.
Disliked: Only thing we had an issue with is location of room, so uber minor. We were so close to the elevator and other guests were quite loud so it kept us up.Also it was weird that there wasn't a light switch that turned on more than the light by the door. It was inconvenient having to switch all the lights on when needed.

Negligent hotel that won't care...

Liked: Location, record player in the room, convenient parking in the same building.
Disliked: I sustained a trauma on the premises of the hotel due to hotel negligence: they had a glass at the side of the entrance that was not marked and difficult to see, especially in the dark. They did nothing to help besides a couple ice packs, the security guy said "it happens all the time" and did not address the issue and refused to provide incident report or security camera footage claiming they're internal documents not shared for security reasons. They try to seem like they're a higher-end hotel but everyone should know they would stop caring and delay/deny/deflect the second something happens to you.

Liked: Galleries were a lovely way to explore the hotel.
Disliked: Elevator keurig stations needed servicing. Didn’t brew properly and the others were too dirty to use.
