We really enjoyed our stay and the rooms were very clean; everything was close to the hotel.

Liked: Clean rooms.
Disliked: Not much to pick on the menu from the restaurant.

We were pleased from our first approach with the valet service. Then the front desk staff was amazing, rooms fantastic and the restaurant inside the hotel has great food. Whenever I visit Milwaukee again I will definitely be staying at the Intercontinental Hotel.

Liked: Room was designed well, spacious and comfortable
Disliked: I stayed here for 3 nights and did not have my room cleaned a single time. I actually had to call down to request new toiletries and towels. The most frustrating part of that was when I came back to the hotel after a long day and saw that the staff had left a "Do Not Disturb" door hanger on the door – which seemed like a way for them to avoid cleaning the room.

Perfect Location

Liked: Was initially greeted with a warm welcome and taken very good care of by the staff. The room was as pictured and we had a very comfortable stay. Hotel is in the perfect location and you did not need to leave the hotel because there was so much to do there. Enjoyed our stay!
Disliked: Everything was great. The only thing I could think of is the headboard to our bed was a little dusty, but it did not impact my impression of the hotel or experience of my stay.

Liked: This is our favorite hotel in Milwaukee. Wonderfull location. Fun atmosphere. Great views. Comfortable rooms. Fantastic experience. We look forward to returning!
Disliked: The walls were a little thin and so it wasn't as quiet as it should be for the price. At one point, we could hear someone in the room next to us reading off what sounded like a credit card number. Yikes! Thankfully, the guests were all considerate and quiet, so the noise levels weren't bad.
