Disliked: the shower is very slippery, kind of small, no shelf to set things on so you have to set things on the ground. bad design.

Misleading advertising

Liked: Perfect location, very comfortable bed.,Pleasant interaction with staff and good communication. However..
Disliked: was reluctant to leave a review after reading the replies to others who left critical feedback, Some of which are simply not professional. We feel there wouldn’t be negativity if the descriptions were more transparent, descriptions were misleading. The inner court yard view was directly of another building and to the right was the court yard. The nespresso machine had four pods forThree days and one small bottle of complimentary water for two people- give two bottles or none!! the luxury bath products were not luxury as advertised. Simply leave it out!! I feel the price was reasonable for what we needed but don’t state to deliver extras that simply aren’t extra, don’t mention them at all and expectations will not fail! I was the first of four friend groups planned to stay at this location based on my feedback and unfortunately I recommended against. Simply state small, clean comfortable and good location, it’s the misleading information that has annoyed me as this was for a 40th birthday treat. I thought I was getting above and beyond small clean comfortable.

Great. Would use the hotel...

Liked: It was quiet although very close to the metro and walking distance to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. Great room, fab bed and shower. Kettle in the room and breakfast was right next door
Disliked: I feel sorry for the property they there is a dispute so the lift can’t be used. We are for so managed the stairs no problem

Stay was just ok. Probably...

Liked: The location was great. Walking distance to all attractions. The girl that worked at check-in was really nice. Coffee shop directly below the hotel.
Disliked: Air Conditioning didn’t work great. Room was tiny and walls need to be repainted. They were very chipped up. There is no elevator, therefore lugged 3 large suitcases up steep stairs. Bathroom was not the cleanest. Very hard to get a cab at this location.

Good location but few amenities

Liked: The property is in a convenient location to seeing things in Rome.The bed was quite comfortable.The bathroom was clean and worked well.The room was quiet for sleeping
Disliked: This is not what I would consider to be a “boutique” hotel. This is a room, nothing more. No elevator so be prepared to haul your luggage up flights of narrow, steep stairs. The room was very cramped for 2 people. We barely had space to open our suitcases. No food service. There is a mediocre cafe next door. Someone at reception only from 9 to 5 during the day. The was a little patio off of our room which could be nice but it was filthy and poorly maintained.
