A good choice in Taupo

Liked: We enjoyed our stay. The Motel is located really good, just a short walk to venues like the Social Club (good place for lunch/dinner) but nevertheless quiet at nights. The lake (e.g. for swimming in the morning) is just across the street. We were surprised how clean the apartment was. The kitchenette is well equipped. No problem to prepare a breakfast or even a simple dinner.

Liked: Had everything needed for a basic self catering stay. Upstairs views of lake partially obscured if you are not directly on the front. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: It was quite a walk into town for evening meal.
