Liked: Location and parking were great. Good communication when arriving outside check in hours.
Disliked: Stairs to rooms on upper level could be difficult if you have a lot of luggage

Hugely disappointed

Disliked: There was no communication from staff at all - a guest had to give us the code to get our key. Our phone call was not answered or replied to. The guest rescued us, as they had been in the same position the day before. We would not have had a place to stay, in spite of already having paid for our accommodation.

Liked: Reasonable distance to centre of town.
Disliked: Hot water didn't work, ended up getting a plumber out to fix, carpet was wet, bathroom was falling apart, tiles broken not worth the money.

The unit was comfortable it...

Liked: The location was great. Easy walking distance to shopping centre and town.Lovely big TV even though we didn’t use it. Free wifi. Free use of washing machine and dryer. Found Doona too heavy but one word to reception and it was replaced with a lighter bed cover.
Disliked: Unfortunately we had to put up with an a/c on all night in the next unit. Made it difficult for us to sleep. The portable oven was old and ready for retirement I think.
