Wouldn’t stay for a whole...

Liked: Very pretty view of the bay.
Disliked: I called to make sure that they didn’t sustain major damage from Helene. I was told that the outside amenities were going to need work but the suites were good. We arrived around 2:30 and we had to wait till we received a call to let us know the room was ready. 2 hours later we received the call. They had no working elevators when we arrived the first time. When we went to get room keys one elevator was working but was at the other side of the property than where our room was. The suite was not dusted and the showers were filthy. Bedrooms were good and the beds were great. We called front desk cause we had gnats and the seemed to be getting worse. They called maintenance but they never came. Stove was dirty as well. Very minimally stocked with kitchen stuff. Had to call and ask for updated channel numbers. Dishwasher was very old.

Disliked: it was good, room had a very weird strong smell had to leave the sliding doors open to air, saw quite a few baby roachs on my towels, in the drawers (maybe that was the smell pioson), elevators no working had to go steps 4 stories with luggage, trash in the cove like couches ect. chair on balcony broken so only had one i could use

Stay elsewhere.

Liked: Location. Size.
Disliked: No elevators working on the property and having health issues and having to carry luggage up three flights. No delivery service on property so had to again maneuver three flights. Employees were rude and could care less about guests.

Liked: Location was very good and the view from the room was lovely
Disliked: Facilities on the ground floor some were closed also lift was unavailable and I was also charged the 30 dollar fee for early check inn which I through May have been wavered in the circumstances ( damage was due to hurricane) but email in advance about problems would have helped we are both in our mid 60s and carting cases up 4 flights of stairs was a challenged

Liked: The size of the rooms were great and the layout was beautiful The parking was good.
Disliked: We first got a room on third floor they said facing the bay it was the corner the bay drained into and because of the storm there was all kind of things floating in the water and it smelled like a sewer so they agreed to move us to the other side with a great view we went up got our stuff and started to other side all the elevators had quit working so i ask front desk when they would be fixed they were not sure if it would be the next day or a couple of days . I have lung cancer and could not climb stairs so I ask for a refund. They said they could not give me one but to call booking.com and request one they would honor a REFUND and give us back the 100.00 deposit we had to pay to the hotel when we got there and it was refundable but we have not received anything yet. So our trip was bad from day one which is why we only stayed one day.

Liked: Nothing, didn't stay. Elevators were out of order and there was no way to get our luggage up the stairs and no staff to assist. We left and went elsewhere. Will file a chargeback with CC company
