We thoroughly enjoyed the night...

Liked: Location with view of the harbour / quiet /comfortable / lovely restored old home
Disliked: It would have been nice to be able to use the laundry facilities

Superb

Liked: We only stayed one night, but if you were staying awhile, there was a full kitchen, great view of the waterfront. Very close to Peggy's Cove.

Good

Liked: Everything went well with parking and all details provided for what to expect upon arrival. We enjoyed the location, etc. The room was very clean and maintained.
Disliked: Can't really come up with anything we didn't like. I would recommend some hooks for hanging coats on as there isn't a closet. Just some wall hooks would help. The hot water tank was being replaced the morning of our departure, so that was a bit noisy and the power needed to be turned off. Perhaps, mid-day would have been a better time.

Overall the stay was good.

Disliked: Arrived at check-in time to find out there was no staff. Other guests told us the room with the key in the door was most likely ours. Received an email shortly after to tell us. (I booked the room the morning of the day we stayed)

Excellent. Would stay there again.

Liked: Well located and nice view.
Disliked: Difficult communication with the owner. I booked under the understanding that there was breakfast included. This was not the case. I have contacted the owner re: the refund that we were entitled to and there has been a drop in communication from his end. Overpriced place for what it is.
