Hotel is great, clean and...

Disliked: Very disappointed with the staff, the service workers in particular, we stayed at the Sahara last week and my husband and I were very happy to be there, everything was great, and this week we came back just for a tour and to visit one of the restaurants that we like, after my husband went to the bathroom and one of the bathroom workers slammed the door really loudly and started accusing my husband of smoking marijuana in the bathroom when it wasn't true, and even if it was the worker shouldn't be yelling and talking the way he did, the security staff was very nice to my husband and said they would talk to the guy. I personally think the Sahara hotel needs to be careful with the people they hire because what if my husband reacted the wrong way? I hope SLV reads this recommendation.

Disliked: Negative Experience – Would Not RecommendUnfortunately, our stay at Sahara Las Vegas was disappointing, primarily due to their rigid and unaccommodating policies.Early check-in? $50 flat fee – no flexibility at all.Check-in only starts at 4:00 PM – quite late compared to many other hotels.Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM, giving you only 19 hours total.We requested a 30-minute late check-out (in advance), as we were going on an early morning expedition and expected to return by around 10:45 AM. I explained we may be a few minutes late due to traffic. The front desk flatly refused. They warned us that even one minute over 11:00 AM would incur a full-day charge – no grace period, no understanding.When we asked to speak to the manager, the answer remained the same. They even reminded us they had our credit card on file and would charge us without hesitation.It felt less like hospitality and more like a trap.Be careful – they work strictly by the clock and don’t hesitate to penalize you.Not the experience we expected from a Vegas hotel. Sadly, we won’t be staying again.
