Liked: Very stylish attractive hotel with spacious grounds with views out over the plains. Spacious room , good beds. Good restaurant in a lovely ambience. Service, excellent. We paid for a full a la carte breakfast , again, very good meal and attentive service.
Disliked: Didn’t like the coffee supplied in the room.

Liked: I liked have a fireplace in my room. The front desk was friendly.
Disliked: The pictures are deceiving and the second need is a Murphy bed. There was no comfortable place to sit. The pool was not warm and the jets on the hot tub were broken. The restaurants were expensive for the rude service you receive.

Liked: big room, lots of space on property, patio was awesome, having restaurant on site was nice
Disliked: the Roku TV wasn't setup, I had to do it with my own login, Murphy bed was very uncomfortable, bathroom toilet seat felt like it was going to fall off, AC makes scary noises on the roof, front door barely closes, second spa area was closed. their breakfast used to be free

Liked: Facility is dated. We had no remote control for either tv. The bathroom has bugs. Very disappointed and probably won't go back to conference if it's booked in same hotel next year.

Liked: The hotel is old and run down. The carpet is old and does not feel clean. Multiple outlet covers were missing. The light above the bed was flashing. Very loud at night
