An oasis in the desert...

Liked: I travel often for work and when I come to Moses Lake I like to stay here. The rooms are recently remodeled. And they are great. Always clean. The decor has a rustic modern look to it. The rooms tend to have modern amenities such has usb charging outlets on on the power outlets near the bed so you can use your devices while they’re charging. The TVs are smart TVs so you can use streaming services as well as watch the local and cable channels. The beds are super comfy. I always sleep like the dead here and wake up refreshed. The staff, David, the owner and his family are absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. Always on the property and check with you when you bump into him to make sure everything about your stay is good. It’s located near everything. Grocery. Gas. Restaurants. Every is just a hop and a skip away.10/10 I highly recommend the sage n sand

Good value for price

Liked: Suite was recently renovated and newly furnished with comfy king bed, swivel chairs with small table, TV etc. Owner upgraded us from queen bed to king which was appreciated.
Disliked: TV reception kept cutting in and out and some channels were blurry. Heater/cooler was loud but effective. Hot water took a long time to come, but it did work fine.

Liked: It was a wonderful trip. The place is beautiful. The rooms have been redone and it is very clean. The owners are very professional and friendly and answered all our questions we are going back in June and have booked our room

Liked: I had a fantastic stay at the Sage and Sand Motel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The vintage charm of the property adds a unique character, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to relax and unwind.The location is perfect—convenient to nearby attractions, but quiet enough to enjoy a restful night. You can tell the owners take pride in the place; everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, affordable, and memorable place to stay.
