Liked: Room & facilities very good
Disliked: The reception staff were a little difficult to understand.The staff member who took our breakfast order did not want to be there and served us all luke warm coffees, we returned one and was remade....yet again luke warm.Would definitely stay with again but would eat out for breakfast.

Liked: Property was great, the room was lovely, clean & well presented.
Disliked: It was a little tricky for us to find but once we knew to enter vis Eastland Shopping Centre car park there was no problem.The staff member at check in were a little difficult to understand. The breakfast staff gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there, coffees were lukewarm, one returned & re-made, orders not right & had to be sent back.Real shame for such a lovely establishment.Highly recommend staying but go elsewhere for breakfast.

Disliked: Connection to eastland. Chairs in room for special needs were unsuitable and require replacement.
