Great location and pleasant hotel...

Liked: Ideal location near Fortitude Music Hall where attended concert and pleasant area for meandering next morning.Sienna at reception was helpful capable and courteous.Lobby have lovely atmosphere and beautiful Christmas tree and comfy chairs.
Disliked: Maybe another chair in room (there was only one)

Short but enjoyable.

Liked: Room and bed were excellent, spacious, clean and was fitted out with everything you need.
Disliked: Wi fi was extremely slow to the point I couldn't be bothered using it. I'd suggest offering a bottle of water for the money you pay.

Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was that my window overlooked another wall
