Liked: There was no coffee pod machine in the room, but they supplied coffee pods.They didn't have a room ready at check in, and scrambled to find a room.The bathroom was filthy, only one towel, no hand soap, they had a bottle of body soap, shampoo and conditioner strapped to the wall in the shower. The body soap and conditioner were completely empty. The bed had two pillows that were paper thin.They did have a kettle with coffee and tea sachets, sugar packets, but no cutlery, not even a spoon to stir hot drinks.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff! Room was a good size for 4 people. Comfy beds.
Disliked: Bathroom wasn't the cleanest but for the price we paid, it was fine.

Disappointed

Liked: Good location, friendly staff. Lovely Breakfast available each morning. Bar and restaurant was not available as we found out the bar and restaurant was booked for a private event. Where not informed when we had been served a drink by bar staff. Organiser of the event was very rude and aggressive,demanding we leave. Did inform management, who sounded sympathetic, but did absolutely nothing.

Liked: Good value. Only stayed 1 night, very basic older hotel.
Disliked: Today's basics missing, no microwave, plates, etc.
