Yet my stay was exceptional...

Liked: Property was very nice nice location
Disliked: Being so close to the water at times it was cold in the room. The bar is very sensitive to touch and it will charge you after ten seconds if out of place even if you did not drink or eat anything

Relaxing but slightly disappointed

Liked: We really enjoy the atmosphere, views from the room, and friendliness of the staff.
Disliked: Let’s start with the valet: When arriving the valet personnel didn’t open neither of our doors. I unloaded the bags and opened my wife’s door after we made eye contact with the valet driver. I returned to this location due to the hospitality we received the first time we came. I asked for roses and candy to be in the room and received an email from the hotel stating that they would accommodate my request. It was just off this weekend for some reason. We still enjoyed the stay it was just $950 spent with expectations that weren’t met.

Felt pampered and luxurious

Liked: Quiet. Beautifully appointed. Location is great. Bed is super comfy. Love the shampoos and soaps. Comfy bath robes. Bellman and room service very courteous and helpful
Disliked: Wish there was a spa and a fireplace
