Liked: Quiet. Beautifully appointed. Location is great. Bed is super comfy. Love the shampoos and soaps. Comfy bath robes. Bellman and room service very courteous and helpful

Disliked: Turns out there is no free WIFI -- look for the hidden 35 USD /day fee -- that when I asked why covers WIFI, the free drink on check in and the bikes and offer of a car service (the latter 2 were never offered as a perk)... LOOK AT THE HIDDEN COSTS.. for a VERY expensive hotel in a great part of Baltimore I found all the hidden fees to be crazy and NOT LUXURY

Disliked: For a hotel that is a splurge - very expensive -- I would have thought they would not nickel and dime for everything. Ie parking was expensive, only small expresso machine coffee was free in the room - everything else expensive and signs about how expensive the shampoo is (55 USD for a bottle of shampoo??) and 155 USD for the bathrobe; rug was shabby and seems already to have wear and tear in the hotel.
