Very good

Pleasant

Liked: Kind staff, nice breakfast.
Disliked: The room itself was honestly a pretty big letdown. The toilet does not have enough room in front of it for many people (I'm only 5'7) to sit comfortably. We were also surprised that the room was 2 floors, both areas being quite small, and the stairs leading up to the bed were very short in depth. We didn't feel comfortable bringing suitcases upstairs and using the bathroom downstairs during the night felt precarious. The couch unfortunately had a hug dip in the middle, and as it was the only place to sit, we were uncomfortable. Our stay was only for one night thankfully, but we had looked forward to this night as it was quite expensive (even in off season) and the photos looked lovely, so we were disappointed. However, breakfast was a generous buffet and the staff was kind.

Liked: Nice location. Good to have electric car charging available. Food was good.
Disliked: Sæbø is pretty small. We don't kayak, which might have been fun. Great, lovely setting, but not a lot of hikes nearby.

Liked: Stunning location and cozy sea view room.The restaurant had a great view and even better food! The breakfast was also delicious.

Liked: We had a nice view and the best breakfast of our stay.
Disliked: Bed was very soft.

Liked: Great picturesque location. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Room was awkward. Although it had lively vuews from windows, the windows were on ground floor where other guests were. In this kind of hotel i exoect a proper double bed not 2 single beds put together. Bathroom was adequate but very small. Our room door opened directly onto outside so we also brought our wet gear straight into bedroom with little soace where to dry it. Dinner was nice but very overpriced especially considering there was no choice in meal.
