Liked: The personell tried to be helpful. Our room was spacious.
Disliked: Our breakfast was included, however we were charged en extra "breakfast fee" during our first breakfast because "only the continental breakfast was included" (?!?) and not the warm buffet, which absolutely makes no sense at all. Apparently we had already taken food from the hot buffet because it was open and available to everyone in the breakfast room. Only after we addressed the issue because we refused to see it or pay extra for our already paid and included breakfast, the management resolved the issue. Felt like a scam and the hotel itself is just overall a little too stale.

Liked: Very pretty hotel and very clean. Good deal for the price. Staff was friendly as well.
Disliked: There were homeless and drug addicts sleeping and hanging out a few yards from the hotel. We had breakfast at the hotel and it wasn't very good.

Nice place to stay a...

Liked: Good price for location and comfy beds. The breakfast offered was delicious. Very nice pool and garden.
Disliked: The pool was closed almost all the time we were in the hotel for several reasons. We didn't got the bedroom we booked at first, we had to change our room in the second (and last) day. There were several missing items that are usually in the rooms when we arrived, for ex: no soap, coffee, hand towels, etc. There was a weird smell of humidity in the rooms.

Good value for business

Liked: Comfy bed and good equipped room.
Disliked: I have issues with the hot water at the shower.
