Liked: I was welcomed by such a friendly staff! I find him very helpful. I love my bed especially. It's my 3rd stay but it's the only bed that has cover around the bed, very private. I loved it! we have toilet in side, it's super convenient for me!!

Disliked: They cancelled the booking because I emailed them saying I wasn't 100% sure if I could get there even though I'd still pay. Not worth booking as a backup place to stay.

Liked: The old Georgian mansion and the historical plaques in the hallways, the location is central, lovely.
Disliked: Breakfast looked really cheap and limited, with only poor quality white sliced bread, uugh! I’m glad I did not buy it, that would’ve been a rip off. For goodness sake provide healthy food if you’re going to take 8 or 10 pounds for it. Now I’m in London at an YHA and the hot food is waaaay superior to Safestay’s mean offerings.
