Liked: The location is okay—it's close to the metro/bus station and grocery stores. However, the hostel is situated in the middle of a park, which makes getting there complicate. You have to walk up a hill, and if you're carrying heavy bags, it's really difficult. Walking back late at night feels unsafe, which is a big downside.
Disliked: The sheets were dirty, with food residue and hair on them. When I complained, the staff tried to charge me £5 to change them—completely unacceptable. We were two people, but they only gave us one key. I had to repeatedly insist during the day to finally get another key.The showers were a nightmare—water would shut off every five seconds, making it incredibly frustrating. On top of that, there’s no kitchen, fridge, or microwave, which is surprising for a hostel. Most people choose hostels to save money, and not having basic facilities like these is a big letdown.

Liked: LOCATION!!!It's located in an increadibly special place next to park, garden, historic opera house and more! My first morning I got woken up by peacocks which is definatly inkeeping with the surroundings (not the hostels decor sadly.). It's my favourite hostel because of this very reason
Disliked: The beds are wrapped in a strange plastic that squelches when you move around. It's quite off putting, especially being a wriggly sleeper. The bedding and curtains are dark which gives the place a somewhat sad/sinister feel but great for keeping light out I guess. Not great for grubbling around trying to find your belongings in the dark.
