Liked: the price and loccation
Disliked: Bunk beds are too low, you cannot sit up straight even being a short person; so I imagine somebody tall must find the lower and middle bunk absolutely claustrophobic and uncomfortableI have stayed in rooms in the hostel where the smell of human odours was unpleasant, Hygiene should be improvedEnsuite toilets and canteen toilet need better cleaning and maintenance.

My stay would have been...

Liked: I liked walking through the Holland Park, visited by many dog walkers and the scenic walk (autumn) to Kensington High Street, visiting Whole Foods shop. Finding Design Museum next door.Easy walk to Church Street and up to Noting Hill where road signs can get you to Portobello Road market, all within walking distance.
Disliked: One day when the cleaners did not clean e-suite bathroom, very difficult situation and this happened over the weekend.

Liked: The location is very good .Most of the staff is very friendly, And they strive to give their best every day. Although not all of them are like that....
Disliked: At the reception a A robust London girl , Who wears glasses and was the first person who greeted me at the reception, She was never polite in her dealings.In London itself they don't even serve tea after 9pm, and the coffee machine is in the reception area and not in the kitchen."The kitchen closes at 9pm" It is the explanation you receive.The mattresses on the bunk beds are very hard.
