I am reaching out because I recently stayed at a hotel booked through your platform, and there was a complaint due to the extremely poor condition of the rooms. As a result of this incident, the hotel has agreed to refund one of the two nights we booked.The hotel manager has issued an official notification to Booking, detailing what happened and requesting the corresponding refund. In order to send you this information, I need the appropriate email address where I can submit the supporting documentation.I appreciate your support in this matter and look forward to your prompt response.Best regards,Dayana Penuela Herrera407-547-0565. Mr. Herrera,Thank you for your email and patience. We appreciate your feedback. We take it seriously and constructively. I’d like to truly apologize that you experienced these concerns. I’d love any photos that you can provide, so we can utilize them constructively and provide them to our Housekeeping/Engineering teams. We want to ensure another guest doesn’t have a similar experience. As for compensation, I’d like to reimburse you for your first evening, but your refund would come through Booking.com. When you booked through a third party, you paid them directly and then we charged that company for your stay. We aren’t privy to what you paid per night. I will refund the first night to Booking.com, but you will need to speak with them to let them know that they need to reimburse you for the first evening. They can use this email as a proof of one night’s refund if needed or they can contact me directly. I will also try and initiate the refund through an internal portal that we share with Booking.com, but they will likely need to talk to you directly because you booked through them.

Liked: Location was perfect for us
Disliked: Rooms were very poorly presented Wallpaper coming off wall. Stains on ceiling and carpet. No fan in bathroom to take steam out.I felt very uncomfortable with the quality of room and mold.

Great history, great bones, in...

Liked: I love the location and the layout of the property. I love the number of pools, golf, and tennis facilities.
Disliked: The property was dated and not clean. Multiple items were in disrepair.Our room had dirty carpet, the refrigerator broke our first night and we lost our food. There were bugs in the unit. The bathrooms were dated and falling apart.
