Liked: I love the location and the layout of the property. I love the number of pools, golf, and tennis facilities.
Disliked: The property was dated and not clean. Multiple items were in disrepair.Our room had dirty carpet, the refrigerator broke our first night and we lost our food. There were bugs in the unit. The bathrooms were dated and falling apart.

Very comfortable and good locations....

Liked: Cleanness of the room, exceptional food at the restaurant and courtesy of the whole staff.
Disliked: The room is outdated.

Totally disappointed with our visit.

Liked: Madison who checked us in was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The inconvenience of EVERYTHING. Having to have our luggage brought to our room in a golf cart was the start of everything going wrong. Our room was dusty and dirty. Half a roll of toilet paper, no back up or tissue paper. The safe in the room was not working (dead battery), ants and bugs. When I called the front desk to tell them I was basically blown off. No call back from management or anyone. No offer to change our room or fix the issues. No offer for any kind of refund. Just a total disappointed trip.
