Friendly staff but would not...

Liked: The location was good and the woman at the reception was very friendly and helpful.You can park in Calle Parraga for 15 minutes to unload your luggage. The hotel has a deal with Parking Narvaez, where you can park your car for a slightly cheaper price (€20/day). Valet parking is available there, which is very helpful if you are not used to parking in such tight garages.
Disliked: The bathroom urgently needs to be renovated. The room was clean, but the bathroom is full of black mould (the ceiling and tile joints are completely black). In my opinion, the room should not be rented out like this for health reasons. If we had booked more nights, I would have left the hotel early.

Ideal for exploring Granada.

Liked: The location was ideal to explore Granada and the staff were excellent. The bed was a little small however.

Comfortable hotel in a central...

Liked: This hotel is fantastic value for money. The single room was comfortable and spacious enough for one person. Central location within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and main sights. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing a map and talking through main points of interest upon check in. Although the property might be a little dated as mentioned by other reviews, this didn’t impact my stay in the least. Would definitely recommend.
Disliked: Hardly a big deal but a mini fridge and/or kettle in the room would have been great.
