Disliked: At Desk personnel was unhelpful uninformed, and just passed the book when they could not answer my questions. It being a weekend. They told me to call upper administration on Monday.

Staff and room was great,...

Liked: Loved the stunning view! Staff was excellent, very accommodating! Short walk to the walk to the Navy Pier shops (either indoors or outdoors).
Disliked: Shower was extremely small, it was like showering in a phone booth! Only one towel per person was given. And, the floor was very slippery when exiting the shower.The stay was very pricey, along with the resort fee, and the cost of having our car parked by the valet for the night, this would definitely be a consideration that would hinder us from staying again.
