Wonderful hotel, staff, and location...

Liked: Excellent location on Navy Pier. The staff was outstanding!!! We arrived early and the front desk staff waived the early check in fee. She also upgraded our room when she found out that it was our anniversary that day to the top floor with an amazing view of the Wednesday night fireworks. Rooms were very comfortable and practical.
Disliked: The cost of parking at $72 per day was a bit steep.

Disliked: Outside of the below One (somewhat medium to big) irritation, everything else was great! Great location and room. But…I paid extra for a room with a FREE breakfast but it turns out the breakfast was NOT FREE and you ONLY get a $18 Credit (per person). That’s just wrong and also False Advertising. I mean an average meal there was about $20. And another thing: They added a 18% gratuity on the bill already and we were only 2 people.

Liked: Everything was great and the room was beautiful and the view looking directly into the Chicago skyline is breathetaking!
Disliked: The elevators at Bay 3 stopped working, forcing us to move our luggages down the stairs from the 5th floor which made us late in checking out.
