Disliked: The hotel lost our reservation despite an email conversation over the previous few days. However, the receptionist ultimately managed to find rooms and book us in. This took a while but was worth the wait

Disliked: The room was clean, but it was somewhat dusty. Aside from that, it was amazing.

Nice views, poorly sound treated...

Liked: The view was great! Beds comfy, and shower was nice.
Disliked: There was a constant beeping like an alarm that was gone off in a nearby room from the evening and the entire duration of our stay. You couldn't hear it from the hall way but it was clearly audible from the rooms. Reception said they would have someone walk the halls to try and hear it - but you coudn't hear it from the room. Really annoying. Also the sound of the cruise ships outside of the window were constnatly squeeking against the dock. So not a very noise enclosed spaced.
